User Admin controls access to all areas of the system. You simply create or delete users as required. To make your life easy pre-defined profiles are provided of different access rights - just modified as you need.

Hypertransport permits delegation but you retain full control. Team members may be responsible for different areas or have combined responsibilities. Access is "need to know" only, e.g. photographer may upload images, but may have no access to any other area. You have total control.

Content creation and publishing approval are separate functions. 

You may delegate any areas to be pre-loaded with content by a team member or an approved marketing company. That person may pre-view the website as it will appear. When their editing is complete it is marked in blue for approval.

You may then assign publishing approval to another or retain that yourself. The manager responsible for publishing approval sees the completed pages marked in blue. They may then preview each change, then at the correct time can quickly log-on and make the new content live in just a few seconds.

Any or all access authorities may be combined if you wish. You have total control.

Image upload & approval is a separate function. Images must be first uploaded to your image library and then approved prior to use. These functions may be combined if you wish. You have total control.

Audit trail 
Hypertransport logs all changes to the system with user / date / time stamp.

Monitoring
Management may easily monitor every creative change made to the system, as it is made & uploaded to the approval area.
